If you look carefully between the cars, you'll notice the blue tarps on the sidewalk. These are small representations of actual slums, which are MUCH larger and much less nice. This video was taken on a rickshaw ride, which is why sometimes it goes out of focus, etc. Remember, this is not in my city, but the one I'm visiting to the west.
